It is a perfect follow up for those who took the Financial Statements 101 workshop. Among the topics covered will be an in-depth discussion on cost of goods sold, gross margins and how pricing and direct labor impacts them, and the importance of understanding cash flow. Participants are provided with a high quality workbook and encouraged to bring samples of their own statements so they can work individually with them.
